Whats New?

Winners have recently joined forces with Nabernet, a Government subsidised Melbourne based organisation largely specialising in the migration of injured workers back into the workforce. Nabenet are a leading provider of employment, injury management and workplace health services.  Nabenet assist individuals who are ready, fit and motivated, to return to the workforce following an injury.

The WorkCover Incentive Scheme of Employers (WISE) is aimed at securing new ongoing employment for these individuals. WISE is a 12 month financial incentive of up to $26,000 that is payable to employers who offer ongoing employment of 15 hours or more per week.

As an added incentive the WISE program also offers Workplace Injury Insurance Protection. If the worker incurs a new or recurring injury during the program, the new employer is given premium protection for the cost of the claim.  Winners will be qualifying suitable candidates through initial interviews to ensure they are suitable for placement in prospective roles for our clients.
