Advertising is a necessary requirement and the most effective way
of communicating to potential applicants. As part of our
service we oversee the advertising needs of our clients. This
includes, drafting the advertising copy (if applicable) and
presenting this for approval and discussion of
placement.
 With our years of
experience in the recruitment business we understand the process
for advertising the positions vacant and how to appeal to potential
candidates. We then use this to our client’s advantage.
This allows us to help direct our clients to achieve the best
result with their advertisements. Ensuring that quality
applications are received for their vacancy.
Best of all
Newspaper advertising costs are passed on to Clients at
cost. We even supply our clients with a
copy of our advertising providers invoice.
We also
place our clients advertisement on the top two Internet advertising
job boards, (Seek and Mycareer,) Research shows that, on average,
job seekers spend only fifteen minutes per day searching for new
jobs on the Internet. Winners therefore refresh and update these
advertisements regularly to ensure top positions on each
site.
This is at
a once only fee per assignment and includes script writing and
management/refreshing of job-board advertising. This fee is waived
on completion of the assignment, yet is payable on assignment
cancellation.
