Steven Bradshaw

Steven Bradshaw worked in the plumbing industry for over 12 years, starting his apprenticeship with the Master Plumbers Association, working as a licensed plumber for six years and then moving into business development and management roles. His initial apprenticeship gave him the opportunity to work with some of the elite plumbing companies throughout Sydney, and during this time Steven worked across various fields of plumbing, including mechanical services, domestic plumbing and preventative maintenance, giving him an expanse of experience in the industry.
Steven has been the Business Development & Marketing Manager for one of the most sought after plumbing companies on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and helped develop the business substantially into the higher profile facility management companies in Sydney, expanding both the team of plumbers and the company’s business coverage. With Steven’s excellent communication & interpersonal skills and high standard of workmanship, his ability to achieve and maintain clients has been recognised and rewarded over the years. 
After a chance meeting with John McCaskill of Winners Recruitment and being invited to join the Winners team, Steven has now taken his plumbing and management experience to work in recruitment for the industry.

Steven is a very sports orientated person, in his younger days representing the Australian 16s rugby union team, the NSW 19s Academy and playing for Warringah Rugby Club for 14 years. He is also a keen golfer and surfer and enjoys the social scene of most sports. Steve lives with his partner on the Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and enjoys being close to his friends and family.
