Pauline Wilkinson - State Manager - QLD

Pauline has lived and worked in Europe and the USA prior to commencing a career in Human Resources.
Since relocating from Melbourne to Brisbane over 13 years ago, Pauline has worked in senior management and Human Resources positions within the agricultural chemical industry. During this time she has gained a reputation for her focus on people, her contribution to company restructures, and the development of strong workplace cultures and employee development programs.
As a Human Resource generalist within the Orica group, Pauline is a seasoned recruiter for a number of positions ranging from administration, sales and marketing through to senior management level. She has also had the opportunity to be involved with a Graduate Recruitment and Mentoring Program specifically for the agriculture sector.
Pauline has a range of experience and expertise in areas covering marketing, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, customer service and sales force motivation and training. Through her experience as a HR practitioner at senior management level she has had hands on experience at developing strategically aligned HR plans.
Academically, Pauline completed the Foundations of Human Resources and holds a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management with Deakin University. Throughout her career, she has completed a number of well-recognised leadership and personal development courses that have equipped her for commencing her own HR consulting business.
Pauline is a keen snow skier and enjoys 4WD camping and the outdoors.
Since joining the Winners Executive Recruitment team in 2004, Pauline has predominantly looks after their Queensland business specialising in recruiting for a number of Management, BDM, Sales, Admin & Customer Service roles within the Building/Hardware/Plumbing industries.
