Genevieve
McCaskill
Genevieve McCaskill has
recently joined Winners Executive Recruitment in the role of
Business Manager and Recruitment Consultant for the Administration,
Support and Contract areas.
Her background has spanned
many specialty areas including fashion, publishing, real estate,
visual merchandising and more recently, retail and the nursery
& garden industry. Her roles have predominantly involved
marketing, events & communications.
Genevieve was previously
the Communications Manager for the Nursery & Garden Association
of Victoria and developed close working relations with the many
members and associates of the board. Dealing with both the
wholesale and retail sectors of the Association gave Genevieve
great exposure to varied businesses, small and large which has led
to her interest in staff development, leadership and
growth.
In her role as Marketing
& Events Coordinator for Australian Retailers Association
Victoria, Genevieve was responsible for the development and
maintenance of the membership base, editorial and advertising for
the bi monthly publication as well as organising key events. Her
qualifications in Professional Writing & Editing has served her
well as written communications and branding have featured
prominently in her background.
With a varied background
and experience in different industries, Genevieve has a solid
understanding of business expectations, nurturing new and existing
client relations and dealing with people from all walks of life.
She is looking forward to the further development and advancement
of Winners Recruitment and positioning Winners as the friendly
faces that help people get where they want to go, where they want
to be and deliver the right people for the right jobs!
