Consultant
Ross heads up the
Education sector for Winners. After an extensive career in
Business Management with independent schools, Ross sought a
different challenge. His understanding of his industry
specialisation drives his success.
Pauline Wilkinson –
QLD State Manager
As
a HR professional, Pauline understands the pressures associated
with finding the right candidate for the position vacant. Her
education and experience is within various industries covering
Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Customer service and Sales
force training. With her success in QLD, in 2007 Pauline, with a
team of consultants now manage both QLD & NSW recruitment
Services.
Kerryn
Thorne – Account Manager
With highly
tuned Business Acumen, Kerryn prides himself on Crisis Management
and his ability to relate to people at all levels through his well
developed communication skills. With his diverse background,
having owned and operated an I.T. Consulting company and also
working in a variety of Industries, both in Australia and
Internationally, Kerryn's focus is on the development of good
people and positioning them into rewarding careers.
Robert Warner
- Senior Consultant
Robert Warner has worked
in senior sales & marketing, business development and general
management roles with some of the key suppliers to the
architectural and building market over the past seventeen years.
His background includes plumbing & bathroom products, the
electrical appliance industry and the luxury furniture
market.
Robert has had the
opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable brands
within the building and interior design market including Clark
Sinks, Dorf Tapware, Omega & Smeg, Miele, Gaggenau and IXL. He
has managed and developed a number of very professional and highly
successful sales teams in Australia and New Zealand. With a
reputation as an outstanding networker, his experience is broad and
covers retail sales, commercial sales, marketing, business
development, customer service, mentoring and sales
development.
Cheryl Crotty
- Consultant
Cheryl has commenced at
Winners with over 12 years experience in her roles with multi
national companies. She gained extensive recruitment experience in
the customer service, engineering, finance, quality, logistics and
sales & marketing fields in manufacturing and corporate office
environments.
After completing a
Commerce degree in Human Resources and Administration, Cheryl
commenced her working career in the hospitality industry as a Human
Resources Coordinator responsible for all general administration
duties. Excelling in this role, Cheryl was quickly promoted
to Human Resources Recruitment Officer responsible for all
recruitment activities spanning over 6 hotels in the Melbourne CBD
and Geelong. In addition she also had the responsibility of
conducting induction training programs with new employees.
Following on from this, Cheryl commenced employment in the
Automotive Industry with a Japanese multi-national components
manufacturer as a Human Resources generalist. Cheryl in this
role was responsible for all facets of Human Resources including
recruitment in the company’s Corporate Office.
